Hello, I'm Toni, one of the founders of Ovasitol Ireland. I often get asked how Ovasitol has helped me personally . . . So, here is a little of my story . . . 

 

My Story:

Now in my mid 30s, I'm very fortunate & grateful to have 2 healthy young children, although the journey to become a mom was not an easy one.

Most of my childhood was spent right here in Ireland. I knew from a young age that I had polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and was officially diagnosed in my late teens. In my early 20s my husband and I decided to start trying for a family, anticipating that it may take a bit of time.

 

Over several years, we tried so many things . .

• Metformin
• Healthy eating/lifestyle
• NAC
• Vitex
• Surgery
• 6 unsuccessful clomid rounds
• Multiple letrozole rounds, just to name a few . . .

 

With not a single positive pregnancy test and still having irregular cycles I felt defeated. I felt like PCOS was beating me! I felt like giving up!

 

Then, early in 2018 I started reading the book ‘It starts with the Egg’ – for improving your chances at natural conception and with fertility treatment/IVF.

 

Part way through the book I stumbled across the benefits of Inositol for PCOS. After doing more research I decided to give Ovasitol a try. I particularly liked that it had Myo Inositol and D-Chiro inositol in the 40:1 ratio meant for the body.

 

My personal experience with Ovasitol (started Feb 2018): 

6 weeks in: More energy, food cravings reduced

8 weeks in: Started to notice some weight loss 

3-4 months in: Cycles started to shorten in length by a couple days each month

6 months in: Found it easier to lose weight, easier to maintain a healthier weight.

9 months in: Regular ovulation & got a positive pregnancy test (my first EVER in 8 years TTC!!).

 

We sadly lost this natural pregnancy early and due to some other un-related complications our chances of repeating a natural conception reduced, so, we decided to go ahead with "Plan B - IVF".

 

I continued to take my Ovasitol for egg quality, cycle regulation, weight loss and to help my other PCOS symptoms. I had also lost 50lbs/22kg before starting IVF. 

 

We did IVF! Our first 5-day fresh embryo transfer was a success. Our little girl was born 2020. Then 2 years later we transferred our frozen embryo and our son was born 2022.

 

For me, Ovasitol has been by far the best thing I have tried for my PCOS. I plan to take it for the rest of my life. It’s helped put the power back in my hands to fight back against PCOS. For the first time I feel my body is finally functioning like a woman’s body is meant to!

 

I took Ovasitol throughout both pregnancies and had excellent pregnancies. All my glucose checks coming back fine, with no gestational diabetes.

 

Upon returning to Ireland and finding Ovasitol hard to get hold of here, I thought, I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING! Its too good not to share! With A LOT of determination and some help from contacts in the U.S.A we managed to get it here, and . . . Ovasitol Ireland was born. I love doing what I do & helping people.
