Cancellations before product has been sent are fully refundable. Once product has been opened and seal broken it cannot be returned. If your item has become damaged during transit or any other issue please contact the store and we will resolve this with you. In the unlikely event of non-delivery with An Post please contact us as soon as possible so that we can raise an enquiry with them (we will do everything we can to resolve any issue as soon as possible, however, as delivery includes a 3rd party some timeframes are beyond our control and enquiry may take 30+ business days).
